"Tactile Systems is one of the first developers to leverage
the built-in apps and stationery. At Apple, we designed this capability
so that developers could offer targeted solutions for specific customer
needs. Instead of learning an esoteric, stand-alone program, the user can
simply augment the familiar applications they already know. 'Medical Extensions'
adds the ideal functionality to support a physician; in fact, it converts
a Newton PDA into a 'Physician's Digital Assitant.'"
