Unlike other text generation systems, Transcriptionist allows data capture in any order and the option to change data after the text has been generated. Transcriptionist allows the user to generate notes, reports and summaries by entering only select pieces of information. The flow of the text and the amount of data collected automatically changes to reflect the data selected. User customized templates are easily created on the Newton device or PC running Windows or MacOS.
